BHE-MDBS’ 2025 Young Investigator Paper Presentation Award

Time: 6 December 2025 (PM)

Theme: Innovation and AI for Personalized Healthcare

​​​We invite emerging researchers to compete for the Young Investigator Paper Presentation Award and showcase original, high-quality work to an international audience.
 

Application and Preparation Requirements

​

​1. Presentation Materials: A PowerPoint presentation (~10 slides).

    Language: Chinese or English (however, all selected finalists must deliver their oral presentation in English).

​​

2. Evaluation Criteria: Overall assessment based on the quality of materials, research originality, presentation skills, and relevance to the conference themes.

​​

3. Main topics (including but not limited to): 

• Flexible, wearable and implantable sensors and devices

• Optical, electrical and mechanical medical devices/systems

• Mobile health, connected health, telemedicine

• High-resolution, fast spatiotemporal imaging, microscope

• AI in biomedical and healthcare applications

• Multi-modal biomedical imaging

• Bio-inspired robotics, biomimics, and drug delivery devices

• Unobtrusive physiological sensing

• Nano-sensing and nano-technologies for bio-marker detection

• Multi-scale modeling and information fusion

• Applications in cardiovascular, stroke, neurological and other major diseases

• CVD prevention and prediction technologies

4. Presentation Opportunities: Six finalists will be selected to deliver oral presentations in English and compete for the awards.

5. Application Deadline: 17:00 (UTC+8), 17 November 2025. The deadline has been extended to 17:00 (UTC+8), 30 November 2025.
